ACE’s Emerging Professionals North West group are hosting a webinar looking exclusively at agreements and is aimed at those with limited commercial experience, but all are welcome!
Rosemary Beales is an Agreements Consultant at ACE. She will give us an introduction to ACE Agreements and will cover when you might use an ACE agreement, liabilities, payment mechanisms, insurance requirements and clarification/amendments.
Robert Read, an associate at Beale & Co will provide some real examples of what can happen if a standard agreement is not used or when ill thought out amendments are made.
This webinar will be hosted by Calum Smith of Mott MacDonald, who is part of the ACE Emerging Professionals North West group.
