WEST MIDLANDS 2041: THE ROAD TO NET ZERO
Curated by ACE's Emerging Professionals, this webinar series explores how the 'climate generation' will not only lead our industry's response to society's Net Zero ambitions, but a generational response too.
The second instalment in the Net Zero series will be hosted by ACE Emerging Professionals Midlands Group. It will focus primarily on the Midlands’ outlook on national and regional targets.
During this webinar, attendees will be introduced to the definition of net-zero in simple terms, including the ACE’s viewpoint on the topic.
The need for the consideration of net-zero at all stages of decision making will be explored and real-life cases will be drawn upon to give better understanding. The West Midlands 2041 target will be discussed, as well as its feasibility and threats to achieving this goal.
Attendees will also be given the opportunity to ask topic-related questions during the event.
ACE's Emerging Professional Midlands group will explore West Midlands 2041: The Road to Net Zero on Wednesday 21 October at 12pm.
