The advocacy group focuses on building vibrant, sustainable urban centres that people will want to live, work, and play in for the long term. We also address the challenges faced by left-behind communities across the UK, exploring how our sector can unlock their potential and drive regional growth.

By championing placemaking and regeneration, the group shapes ACE's engagement with policymakers, supports evidence-based thought leadership, and ensures that our industry leads political conversations on levelling up. This meeting will focus on New Towns, placemaking, and housing, exploring their critical role in shaping the future of urban development.
