In an increasingly competitive marketplace for talent, how will our industry respond to the skills challenges we face?

Our industry needs a range of new skills and capabilities as we meet the challenges of an increasingly digital sector, while delivering society’s ambitions around social value, productivity, regional development and sustainability/climate change.

Encouraging the idea that the sector can work as a single talent eco-system, it will also feature discussions on educational and professional qualifications, and how businesses can best futureproof their workforce.

The advocacy group champions discussions around skills and people, shaping ACE’s interactions with policymakers, creating evidence-based thought-leadership, and ensuring our industry is at the forefront of discussions in an area which is crucial to the future of the whole industry.
