Our People & Skills Group exists to share best practices and address the major HR issues affecting our industry. This includes tackling the sector’s skills gap, attracting and retaining millennial workers, equality and diversity, training, and safeguarding. The group will also facilitate members to engage and share relevant information across HR Management (HRM) practices that directly affect engineering consultancy firms.

The group offers an opportunity to partner with like-minded HR practitioners to share industry insight, knowledge, and experience while providing practical support to promote best practices. Offering a great opportunity to increase engagement between peers and members' own HR networks, attendees will stay up to date with legislation and have the space to debate its relevance and impact on their businesses.
