ACE members in Northern Ireland are invited to a special seminar on professional indemnity insurance. Presented by Graeme Tinney, Director at ACE affiliate Griffiths & Armour, the session will focus on recent developments in risk and insurance, including:

Recent feedback from Lloyds regarding the performance of the Professional Indemnity Insurance market and the need for ‘underwriting discipline’.
How Insurer attitudes have been influenced in the aftermath of the Grenfell tragedy and what that has meant for construction consultants.
Future challenges on Professional Indemnity Insurance and contractual liability.
Recent claims activity and lessons learned.

The session aims to give ACE members an understanding of insurers' current attitudes towards construction risk. With changes to the structure of the PI market and insurers looking to protect their position, what can consultants do to manage their exposure and what lessons can we learn from recent claims activity?

The event is free to ACE members and a finger buffet will be provided at 12.30pm.
