WHAT ARE THE BUSINESS MODELS AND CONTRACTS TO SELL CONSULTANCY IN THE FUTURE?
WEBINAR: WHAT ARE THE BUSINESS MODELS AND CONTRACTS TO SELL CONSULTANCY IN THE FUTURE?
Digital transformation and the modernisation of the construction industry will disrupt the current business models deployed by consultancy firms. There is currently no mechanism to reward the use of data or the development of digital tools in our current model.
In order for the industry to embrace the opportunities open to us for the benefit of our clients we need to define the business models of the future which provide value, incentivise quality and innovation delivered by sustainable businesses.
There will not be one single business model for the consultancy businesses of the future so we will work to define the different types available and where each model can be used to best effect.
This webinar will explore the different business models by addressing the following questions:
1. What are the different business models of the future?
2. What are the contract heads of terms?
3. What does this mean for liability insurance?
