ONLINE ROUNDTABLE

The cross-industry ED&I campaign, Building Inclusivity returns with a series of online roundtables in 2023 exploring overcoming the ageism, disability, gender, and socio-economic barriers to more welcoming workplaces.  

The online events, which in the spirit of the campaign are open to all – members and non-members alike – will bring together subject matter experts and lived experiences from across the membership base.   
 
'Age is No Barrier' explores ageism in the workplace and how we can overcome unconscious and conscious bias against those who are viewed as being either too old or too young.  

Joining your host, ACE’s director of people, culture and skills, Claire Clifford are Jennifer Williamson (Cundall) from ACE's Emerging Professionals, and Emmanuel Afolabi of Fest Hub. More participants will be announced soon.

In an informal online setting, the roundtables are intended to inform and inspire, allowing people/HR professionals, business leaders and team managers to take positive steps towards improving inclusivity in their own organisations.
