Curated by the Future Skills group, part of the Future of Consultancy workstream, the trio of masterclasses will explore how business leaders and managers can adapt to a changing digital landscape and navigate the skills challenges created.

Bringing members together to share their insights and experiences, the sessions will also feature inspirational stories of success – as well as a few examples of failure – from across the world of business, and build on the recent work from the digital transformation group, Cutting Through the Hype.

Led by industry leaders from across the membership base, the masterclasses focus on people, technology and clients and will highlight the challenges and opportunities presented by digital pathways.

On Wednesday 20 October at 12pm, the masterclass will explore developing the skillset to best respond to client needs. Joining Lara Potter (chair, Future Skills) will be Will Waller, TfL account director and Chris Pike, UK rail sector director who will share their experiences and Arcadis’ market-leading approach in responding to client needs.  Attendees will not only learn how they can keep pace with what their customers want, but how they can convert that insight into compelling propositions that deliver great outcomes for all.

Key takeaways will include tips, processes and tools that can be used with real clients today, enabling you to maintain a leadership position in a rapidly changing world, through to how you can adapt your offer and frame value.

The series launched with an online event outlining how to navigate the digital skills gaps in the workforce, and the digital challenges for SMEs. This was followed up with three masterclasses on on people, technology, and clients.
