Following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, Stephen Marcos Jones, CEO of the Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE) said:

“On behalf of our members, and the consultancy and engineering industry more widely, ACE joins the nation in mourning the passing of Her Majesty the Queen.

“The countless examples of infrastructure and the built environment named in her honour – the bridges, rail lines, parks and more – pay tribute to her service and contribute to her lasting legacy.

“We would like to extend our thoughts and well-wishes to King Charles III and the Royal Family at this difficult time.”

As we enter a ten day period of national mourning, we have made the decision to postpone group meetings on Friday 9 September and Monday 12 September.
