A new film has been launched today to help the industry support and attract the brightest and best upcoming talent. 

'Where it All Begins' offers an exciting view on the opportunities that the construction sector offers for young people by showcasing the journey of a young girl around her home city of Liverpool where she is inspired by the built environment all around her. 

Aiming to encourage Gen Z and Gen Alpha, as well as their educators and parents, to consider a career path into construction, the film by the Construction Innovation Hub and Class Of Your Own, and supported by the Construction Industry Training Board, challenges misconceptions about careers in our industry.
