As a new client, the New Hospital Programme (NHP) is seeking to increase its visibility among ACE members. In partnership with the Programme, ACE will be co-hosting a special online breakfast briefing on Tuesday 12 April 2022 at 8.30am to 9.30am.
ACE, in collaboration with the New Hospital Programme (NHP) and CECA, are co-hosting an online business meeting on the NHP’s Commercial Strategy and introducing its first major construction framework procurement, Generation 1 Framework Alliance.
This will be the first iteration of the NHP’s evolving alliance approach that will unlock “better, faster and greener” delivery - enabling design standardisation, maximising MMC and delivering on common components and commodities through a centralised procurement approach to ensure our country’s world-class healthcare system and staff have the facilities they need for the future.
Commenting on the briefing, ACE’s head of policy Guto Davies said, “This is a great opportunity for ACE members to find out more about this major Government programme to deliver 40 new hospitals across the country.
“The briefing is the first part of their market engagement process that will enable the market – and ACE members – to contribute to an evolving procurement strategy, prior to the formal start of the procurement process which is planned later in the year.”
“I hope to see you there.”
You will hear from Stephen Marcos Jones (ACE CEO), Emma-Jane Houghton (NHP, commercial director) and Stuart Powls (NHP, head of procurement). There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
Please note that this event is co-hosted by the NHP, ACE and CECA.
