Shared at the Skills Summit 2018, the report takes readers through the reverse mentoring pilot, shares findings from the 22 individual participants and provides a how-to guide for any company looking at introducing a similar scheme. The project, led internally by ACE’s network for emerging leaders, the Progress Network, has been a huge success with all participating companies continuing with reverse mentoring in some shape or form.
