The Construction Leadership Council’s (CLC) Talent Retention Scheme helps talented individuals showcase their experience and expertise, while helping  businesses find the skills they need. It is free for all ACE members to use and as of the end of January, it has already saved the industry more than £415,000 in recruitment costs. 

BWB Consulting has been using and championing the Construction Talent Retention Scheme from the word go after instantly recognising the potential to connect employers with available industry talent.

The company’s really embraced the scheme to the point where its Applicant Tracking System has been linked to the CTRS site. This integration enables the HR team to instantly post jobs to the CTRS, as well as several job boards, all at the same time.

The CTRS supports the entire construction industry and plays an important role in attracting new talent into the sector. In addition, as a collaborative platform that is free for all businesses and candidates to use, it serves to unite the construction sector in its collective aim to recruit and retain the best talent.

Since September last year, BWB Consulting has consistently uploaded 40 live vacancies to the CTRS portal every month, and envisages posting similar volumes over the coming months as part of a major recruitment drive.
