Post-pandemic, it has been even more difficult to attract the right candidates. As an SME, what are the practical steps that can be taken to ensure your organisation is as attractive as possible to potential candidates? 

Adrian will explore two areas with ACE's SMEs at this session in July, including how to write great advert copy and how to build an employer brand which attracts the best talent. Time permitting, he will also share ideas around candidate retention.

For the remaining section of the roundtable, a previous discussion on flexible working will be continued.
