High Speed Two Ltd (HS2), in collaboration with Innovate UK, is launching a new competition to deliver innovative operational solutions.
The Small Business Research Initiative competition, Innovate at HS2 2020 closes on 16 December 2020 with £300,000 earmarked for investment. The competition's first phase focuses on feasibility studies.
An online briefing takes place on 12 November which will allow you to find out more about the competition and an online networking system is available to pre-schedule one on one meetings with other delegates, following the briefing.
Applications are sought for feasibility studies delivering innovative solutions in a variety of fields:
- Reduction in manual operations
- Project interfaces
- Waste in construction
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Procurement loss prevention
Both practical solutions as well as strategic or technology-based solutions are welcome. The competition's first phase will be three months and each prize will not exceed £30,000, including VAT.
