Engineering and technical services consultancy RSK has added two more established businesses to its growing portfolio.
Biocensus, an ecological consultancy and Consents Solutions Ltd, a wayleave business are the first new acquisitions of this financial year by RSK, which has an annual turnover of over £250m.
The new additions follow a busy 2018/2019 financial year, when RSK acquired 12 businesses and expanded its workforce from about 2000 staff to more than 3000.
Biocensus is an ecological consultancy with a network of more than 700 UK-based ecologists. The company has offices in Bath and Stroud, and works on a wide range of projects with a focus on large infrastructure developments.
Consents Solutions Ltd has bases in Cambridge and King’s Lynn, and specialises in managing the complete consents process for utility and renewable installation processes.
