Procurement organisation Fusion21 has announced the launch of its national building & asset improvement works framework, worth up to £250m over a four-year period.
Specifically designed to meet the needs of all public sector members, including housing associations, NHS trusts and education providers, the framework offers a range of internal and external improvement works from the installation of kitchens and bathrooms to fire doors, communal entrance doors, roofing and electrical works.
Peter Francis, director of operations at Fusion21 said: “Members accessing this compliant procurement solution will benefit from increased collaboration with local SMEs, flexible call-off processes and greater efficiency savings, in addition to generating social value outcomes that are tailored to organisational priorities and make a real impact in communities. This framework complements our £800m construction works and improvements framework which launched earlier this year to support the delivery of capital works programmes across the UK.”
