HS2 has appointed Turner & Townsend to support the government-owned company’s remaining major procurements including Rail Systems, and Phase Two, which will take the new high speed rail line north of Birmingham.
Turner & Townsend will act as HS2’s procurement delivery partner providing supply chain and wider commercial support, bringing to bear its extensive experience in supply chain management, supplier relationship management, market insight, strategic and operational procurement, contract management, policy, organisational & process improvement, and third-party agreements.
Turner & Townsend has worked with HS2 since 2014, helping to build commercial, supply chain and programme controls capability across the programme.
