Matt has over 30 years’ experience in design, project and programme management, and business change, with a strong track record leading major investment programmes in the UK and internationally.

Julie leads delivery of the Environment Agency’s Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management Strategy, working with government, risk management authorities, infrastructure providers and partners.

Andrew is a senior UK rail engineering leader with extensive experience delivering major infrastructure programmes. He is currently Engineering, Technical and Safety Executive Director at East West Railway Company,

Nicola is a transport and infrastructure leader at National Highways, serving as Chief Capital Delivery Officer. She joined in January 2016 and has held roles such as Divisional Director of Asset Development and Regional Director for South East.

Mark leads the strategic direction and growth of its subsidiary businesses, including SCAPE and SCAPE Scotland Frameworks, Arc Partnership, Lungfish Architects, and Construction Waste Portal. The SCAPE Group is now one of the UK’s leading built environment organisations.

Beatrice is the Director of Major Projects at Ofgem, overseeing large‑scale energy transmission and storage projects to support the UK’s clean energy transition. An Oxford graduate, she has extensive experience in managing complex energy infrastructure.

Kate is Director of Major Projects at Ofwat, overseeing water sector projects and delivery models like Direct Procurement for Customers and SIPR. She has extensive experience across utilities, health, education, and PPP projects, and previously led Ofwat’s Finance and Governance team.

Rynd brings expertise in infrastructure planning, shaped by his background in law and town planning. A former director at both the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the Planning Inspectorate, he has led major UK and Australian projects, including Lower Thames Crossing.

Keith is Director for Industrialised Construction at the High Value Manufacturing Catapult. A Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, he has over 35 years’ experience leading major construction and infrastructure projects in the UK and abroad.

Beth has been championing improvements to the infrastructure industry and built environment for over 25 years, with unique experience in developing and delivering some of the UK’s largest multi-£bn infrastructure programmes and commercial property developments. 

Mark is a Founder and board executive at Cast, responsible for market strategy and brand, and served as CEO from 2016 to 2025. He has over 35 years’ experience in construction and real estate and is an international commentator on industry and policy issues.
